Delores Buzzett, floral designer, has been with Seahorse for almost 20 years – longer than any one owner. Her knowledge and experience is a constant resource for unusual requests or difficult or different procedures.

Jeffrey Jones, floral designer, joined the Seahorse team in 1999. He provides a unique style to floral design. The meticulous personification of his work has been highly touted by both the customer and his peers in the floral industry.

Sammy Thompson, owner, is a retired Shrimp boat Captain. He constructs the hand-made Adirondack chairs and accessories that we sell in our store and helps with deliveries and keeps up with all the daily maintenance of the building.

Beverly Thompson, owner, is a life-long Apalachicola resident who greatly enjoys dabbling in arts & crafts, scrap booking, decorating and of course, Christmas! During the Christmas season, Beverly can most likely be found decorating the Seahorse or her home with her many ideas! During the week, Beverly works for the Franklin County Clerks Office in Apalachicola, but stop by the shop most any weekend and she will be happy to assist you in any way!

Sam Thompson, owner, manages the Seahorse and together with Beverly, orders the gifts and products you see in the store today. Sam is probably who you will meet when you walk into the store. His leadership and organization skills and experience in working with the public keep the Seahorse running smooth and efficiently.
